Board of Trustees

SPUG's Board of Trustees consists of a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer. Each is to be voted on for approval by popular vote to serve for one year. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman are to be from public entities.

The following describes their duties:

Chairman	Lead the meetings Meets with fellow officers to determine meeting schedule, meeting locations, and other related SPUG issues
Vice-Chairman	Substitutes for the chairman if the chairman can not lead a meeting Arranges for speakers for bi-monthly meetings Meets with fellow officers to determine meeting schedules, meeting locations, and other related SPUG issues
Secretary	Creates and distributes all fliers for SPUG including but not limited to newsletters and meeting minutes Meets with fellow officers to determine meeting schedules, meeting locations, and other related SPUG issues
Treasurer	Handles all finances for the group, including but not limited to the collection of dues and payment of expenses Arranges for food and beverages at the meetings Meets with fellow officers to determine meeting schedules, meeting locations, and other related SPUG issues
